Relationship Work
Relationships can be our richest arena for development and growth. It is within our partnerships that we play, hope, trust, connect, share, create and inevitably unearth our deepest wounds.
I work with partners to tease out and understand what occurs in each member that leads to conflict. Becoming aware of one’s own history, patterning, expectations, and imprints, and how that all plays out in the relationship, opens up the possibility for shifting the dynamics that become problematic.
My intention is to help each member overcome their own difficulties in togetherness so they can learn to be in relationship in ways that feel mutually supportive and less contentious. We all work together in the room to achieve this.

issues that stem from histories of trauma
premarital counseling
parenthood
codependence
spiritual partnerships
issues of trust
I am expansive in my approach and I work with folks of all identities, orientations, expressions, and with relationships of all configurations.
