My work is rooted in helping people live fuller, less worried lives. I draw from my studies in body-oriented treatment methods, interpersonal psychodynamic psychotherapy, and in-the-moment mindful-awareness techniques to help facilitate insight and healing. My style is authentic, collaborative, warm, curious, and straightforward.
